Before the legend, there was Willy Parker — a young cowhand riding the dusty ranges of the New Mexico Territory alongside his Uncle Ben and Aunt May. Everything changed the night he was bitten by a massive, spirit-touched spider near a sacred Diné canyon, a creature said to guard the boundary between life and death. Stricken with fever, Willy awoke days later transformed — blessed (or cursed) with inhuman strength, uncanny senses, and the power to spin living silk from his wrists. When raiders gunned down Uncle Ben, Willy donned a mask, a poncho, and a solemn vow: to defend the innocent and deliver frontier justice as the mysterious, mythic Webbed Ranger
